Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Syaki. We want you to feel confident when ordering from us. Please review this policy before placing an order.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide your order number or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
To request a return, email us at support@shopsyaki.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping
Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided after your request is reviewed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@shopsyaki.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and help make it right.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and inventory reasons, we cannot accept returns for worn, washed, altered, damaged-after-delivery, final sale, clearance, gift card, intimate apparel, bodysuit, swimwear, or accessory items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges because inventory may change quickly. The fastest option is to request a return for the original item and place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund after it is processed.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@shopsyaki.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been sent to a supplier or fulfillment partner.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
