Free shipping

Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. The free-shipping minimum is calculated before taxes and after discounts, unless Shopify shows otherwise at checkout.

Thank you for shopping with Syaki. We currently ship orders to customers in the United States.

Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing may take longer during weekends, holidays, promotions, supplier delays, or periods of high order volume.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery is typically 5 to 15 business days after processing, depending on the item, supplier, destination, carrier, and inventory availability. Some items may ship separately if they are fulfilled by different suppliers or fulfillment partners.

Dropshipping and fulfillment partners

Syaki works with third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners to ship selected products directly to customers. Because of this, packaging, shipment origin, and delivery timing may vary by item.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email after your order ships. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after a carrier receives the package.

Shipping delays

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, supplier processing delays, customs or security checks, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order appears delayed, contact us at support@shopsyaki.com.

Incorrect shipping information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Syaki is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete customer-provided addresses. If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been sent for fulfillment.

Lost or missing packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building office, and the carrier first. If you still need help, contact us at support@shopsyaki.com.
